Job Description
Overview
TASQ is looking to fill an on-site position for English-speaking call center agents to work on a nightshift account ASAP. The pre-screening interview will take place over the phone.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma is acceptable
- Must have 1-2 years outbound collections experience
- Or: At least 2 years in College - at least with 6 month CCE
- Graduate Degree - Accepting no CCE so long as good communication skills
- Worked in service Industry
- Experience of 6 months and above desirable
- Experience in call center will be an advantage
- Healthcare experience will be an added advantage
