**Hiring Call Center Manager**
**Location**:Mexico City, Mexico
GL.iNet is looking for an experienced Call Center Manager to lead our new **20-person English-speaking support center** in Mexico City. This is a contractor role (via Deel/Remote/Oyster).
**Your role**:
- Manage day-to-day operations, staffing, scheduling, and performance metrics.
- Provide coaching and training to Level 1 & 2 support agents.
- Ensure top-tier customer support for global clients troubleshooting routers, VPNs, and networking issues.
- 3+ years managing call center or tech-support teams.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (routers, VPNs, TCP/IP).
