Overview

Travel & Hospitality Specialist (GDS – Sabre Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Handle travel bookings, itinerary changes, and cancellations using GDS platforms (Sabre preferred)
  • Provide accurate fare quotes, ticketing, and reissuance support
  • Assist customers with travel-related inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Ensure compliance with airline and travel policies
  • Maintain detailed records of transactions and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience using GDS (Sabre is a strong advantage)
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Background in travel, hospitality, or call center is preferred
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work onsite in Taguig
