Call Center Representatives

Adecco Staffing is currently hiring experienced 2nd shift Call Center Representatives in Boston, MA. This is a temp-to-perm position within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Next Training class is on July 20th.

**Pay Rate:** $23–$25/hr.
**Location:** Boston, MA
**Schedule Available:**

+ 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (2nd Shift) | Wednesday & Sunday off

**Responsibilities**

+ Handle high-volume inbound calls (200–300 per shift) from hospitals and private medical offices
+ Follow structured scripts while delivering professional and empathetic communication
+ Triage calls based on urgency, including emergency situations
+ Page on-call medical staff for urgent or critical needs
+ Support hospital teams with after-hours communication
+ Maintain and update schedules, databases, and directories
+ Handle confidential patient information in compliance with privacy regulations
