Call Center Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our call center team in Jakarta. The ideal candidate has a background in the FX (Foreign Exchange / Forex) industry and is fully fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering professional, accurate, and timely support.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat from clients
• Assist clients with account-related, trading, and platform inquiries
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards
• Explain FX products, services, and procedures clearly and accurately
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs)
