Job Description

Job Description & Requirements As a Call Centre Operator, you'll be the first point of contact in the company for our customers to provide great customer experience.
Responsibilities Receive inquiries and ambulance bookings from customers via our hotline. Responsible for triaging the calls, providing basic advice, answering customer inquiries, and quoting prices. Plan the ambulance teams' daily job roster, work schedule, allocate the job to the most suitable ambulance team and dispatch the team. Coordinate and manage 25 to 30 ambulance fleets daily, fast and accurate in despatching assignments by WhatsApp, Digital Apps, and phone calls Maintain proper records of the jobs dispatched to ambulance teams. Constantly monitoring the progress of the ambulance teams by looking at the GPS Other duties: filing and data entry
