Job duties:

As a key player in our fast-paced call centre, your responsibilities will include:

Breakdown & Repair Coordination Receive breakdown calls from drivers and arrange repairs through approved service providers or truck dealerships. Maintain ongoing communication with fleet controllers regarding the repair status. Record all details in the breakdown book for morning handover to the admin team. Direct drivers to approved diesel filling stations. Authorise diesel refills, issue reference numbers, and log all relevant data into the system (fleet number, litres, time, date, kms).
