The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, maintaining team discipline, ensuring performance standards are met and providing essential administrative support within a high-volume legal recoveries environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience supervising or managing a call centre team (essential)


• Strong disciplinary and people management skills


• Experience within a recoveries or collections environment (highly advantageous)


• Strong administrative and organisational abilities
