About the Role
We are hiring experienced telecallers for our loan recovery and collections operation. You will handle outbound calls to borrowers with overdue accounts, negotiate repayment, and drive resolutions while maintaining compliance and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to delinquent borrowers in Kannada and/or Tamil
Negotiate repayment plans, settlements, and PTPs (Promise to Pay) and follow up till closure
Accurately record call dispositions, borrower responses, and payment commitments in the dialer/CRM
Escalate disputes, hardship cases, and non-contactable accounts per defined process
Meet daily/monthly targets: connect rate, PTP conversio...
