The successful candidate will assist the President & CEO and facilitate smooth operations within the organization. With a minimum of five years in relevant roles, you should have solid organizational and communication skills. This role requires proactive planning for meetings and detail-oriented management of office supplies and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing Board meetings and logistics
- Manage office administration, including calendaring
- Track deliverables and action items for governance
- Handle invoicing and renewals accurately
