Cambridge ERP Key User - Contract Position

Join us as an ERP Key User on a 12-month contract at our facility in Cambridge, Ontario. Drive effective ERP implementation within the S2P project and support user training initiatives.
Your role is vital in representing end-user needs related to ERP solutions while collaborating with Business Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts. You'll develop use cases, provide feedback on solutions, and create essential training materials. Strong analytical and communication skills will be essential as you support various stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess ERP solutions against business processes
• Develop detailed design scenarios with stakeholders
• Conduct Level-1 user support and create tickets
• Participate in SOP adjustments and validation
• Maintain user manuals and training resources
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• 2+ years in a purchasing or procurement role
