Campaign Analytics Manager x 2 - 24 month Fixed Term Contract

Role Summary

As a Campaign Analyst , you will build, design and optimise the data-driven customer communication strategies across card portfolios ensuring accuracy, relevance, timeliness and effectiveness. You will apply analytical and technical capabilities to develop customer insights, behavioural triggers, and measurement frameworks that enable personalised, scalable and compliant communications across channels. Working within an agile squad you will work collaboratively with stakeholders to translate business and marketing requirements into technical solutions, while providing insight‑led recommendations to improve campaign performance, customer engagement and overall portfolio outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and execute data-driven customer communications using SQL/SAS and similar tools.
• Translate marketing and product requirements into technical campaign builds, segmentation logic and data structures.
