What we’re looking for

We are looking for a Campaign and Customer Journey Performance Analyst who will help the Digital Customer Engagement (DCE) team make better customer and business decisions through data-driven insights. The analyst will translate customer engagement data into actionable recommendations, identify opportunities for optimization, and connect campaign, journey, and personalization performance to broader business objectives. Working closely with Campaign Strategy, Journeys, Personalization, Martech, Loyalty, Customer Research, and Analytics teams, this role acts as a bridge between data and decision‑making to continuously improve customer experience, personalization effectiveness, and business outcomes.
