Responsibilities

The team leads the end-to-end management of platform campaigns, working across multiple functions to bring campaigns from concept to execution and review. This includes campaign planning and timeline coordination, resource setup and configuration, and close collaboration with cross-functional partners such as Category, Content, and Creator teams. We are also responsible for campaign performance tracking, data analysis, and post-mortem reporting, translating campaign results into insights that guide future optimizations. The team operates in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak campaign periods, and values structure, clarity, and data-driven decision-making.
