The Role:

Kairos is hiring a Campaign QA & Operations Associate to help ensure campaigns, systems, tracking, and reporting are accurate, live, and working as expected. This is a QA-first role focused on verification, validation, and early issue detection across media platforms, tracking systems, and internal reporting tools.

You will not own campaign strategy or performance optimization. Instead, you will protect performance, revenue, and client trust by making sure what was built is functioning correctly, data is flowing accurately, and issues are flagged quickly with clear context.

What You’ll Do:

• Complete daily campaign and system QA across platforms such as Taboola, MediaAlpha, QuoteWizard, and other performance marketing systems.
• Confirm campaigns are live, spending, delivering traffic, and generating expected activity...
