Campus Pastor (Surrey)

JOB SUMMARY

The Campus Pastor is a preacher, teacher, leader, and a member of the Pastoral Ministry Team at Elim Village Fleetwood. Performed from a Christian faith perspective, the Pastoral team sets the direction of spiritual wellness within the community, working with other Elim teams to foster community, enrich the spiritual lives of residents, staff and volunteers, and help them feel the embrace of a caring Christian community.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master of Divinity or equivalent degree
• Completion of courses or training relevant to spiritual care, loss, grief support, and end‑of‑life care. Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) is preferred
• Demonstrated experience working with older adults
• Sensitivity and the ability to work within spiritual, religious, and cultural diversity
• Proficient in computer and communication technology
