Campus Safety Officer, Part-time, 1st Shift - Delaware Law School

Widener University Delaware Law School is currently seeking a 1st shift, part-time Campus Safety Officer. This position supports campus safety operations by maintaining a visible presence, responding to incidents, and providing access to university community members and first responders.

Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Patrol Operations, Campus Safety Officers play a vital role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all members of the Delaware Law School community. This part-time role averages 16 hours per week, Saturday through Sunday, with scheduled hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and includes both indoor and outdoor responsibilities. This position requires a strong commitment to public safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust across a diverse campus population.
