(CAN) Digital Fulfillment Team Lead

Position Summary

Assists in the leadership of the Digital department processes, responds to problems and inquiries and develops associates through teaching and training. Ensures a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion.

Plans and executes department activities based on workload and operational functions and assists on the salesfloor as required.

What you’ll do

1. Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
2. Assists in providing direction and the co-ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the Digital Fulfillment Coach and the Store Management Team. Delegate, assist and follow up on completion of daily picking and dispensing tasks.
