As Capability Building & Customer Excellence Manager, you will play a key role in deploying capability programs, enabling adoption of International Commercial Excellence ways of working, and supporting patient experience initiatives in a regulated healthcare environment. This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role for someone who can turn global frameworks into practical local execution, use data and AI to improve learning impact, and partner effectively across internal teams and external vendors.
