  Description 
  Summary:  
 Huntington’s municipal underwriter will be responsible for providing scales, market color and industry expertise to issuers, financial advisors, and municipal sales professionals. Partnership with Public Finance is critical, as the candidate will lead underwriting efforts for negotiated municipal issuance. In addition, the underwriter will work closely with traders and sales professionals to evaluate opportunities to bid on competitive offerings.
  Duties & Responsibilities: 
 Responsible for the trading of institutional securities within Capital Markets to meet the needs of the customers and to generate trading profits for the company.
 Maintains communication and relationships with dealers to keep informed of market conditions and ensures timely execution of trades.
 Advises sales officers regarding market conditions and trends, offerings and yields to support sales.
