Capital Projects Director–Midstream Pipelines (Oil & Gas)

**This Opportunity**

WSP is seeking an accomplished **Capital Projects Director** to lead and expand our **Oil & Gas Midstream Pipelines Capital Project** portfolio across the United States. This leadership role will be responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale capital pipeline programs, including transmission pipelines, gathering systems, compressor stations, terminals, and associated infrastructure.

The successful candidate will serve as a senior leader responsible for project execution, business growth, and client relationship management, while driving excellence across safety, quality, financial performance, and schedule predictability. This role will also play a critical part in shaping execution strategies, developing teams, and positioning the organization for sustained growth in the midstream sector.
