Job Description
Selwyn Village, part of The Selwyn Foundation, is seeking a Capital Works Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of a broad range of capital works and long‑term maintenance projects across its village portfolio.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the Capital Works Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end project delivery, drive capital works, long‑term maintenance, and 10‑year asset management plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from planning and design through procurement, delivery, and completion.
- Manage multiple capital works, long‑term maintenance projects, and 10‑year asset management plans simultaneously across a diverse property portfolio.
- Prepare business cases, project reporting, and Board papers.
