Cardio Electrophysiology Technician 3 (U)

Assists physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiac and peripheral vascular disease and cardiac arrhythmias in an invasive procedure arena, specializing in the care of patients undergoing cardiac and vascular procedures.

Performs basic diagnostic catheterization procedures on adult patients with known and suspected congenital and acquired cardiac and peripheral vascular disease.

Performs basic interventional procedures which may include any of the following: PCTA, stent prep and placement, IABP placement and operation.
