Coverage Needed

• Start Date:
• End Date: Ongoing
• Schedule: Onsite: 8am-5pm and beeper call 5pm-8am;
  • approximately 1 week per month
  • minimum 7 shifts per month
• Call: 24-hour weekend beeper call; response time 20-30 minutes

• EMR System: Epic
• Practice Settings: Inpatient
• Patients Per Shift: 6-10
• Support Staff: RN (1), MA (5), PA/NPs (2), Office Staff (5-6)
• Trauma Level: 3

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Licensed in Oregon
• BLS, ACLS, DEA
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
