Job Description

Fusion HCR is seeking a Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologist to join a highly respected healthcare organization. This physician will provide specialized anesthesia services for complex cardiac, thoracic, and major chest surgical procedures, working alongside multidisciplinary surgical teams in a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia care for cardiac, thoracic, vascular, and related surgical procedures.

Manage patients undergoing procedures including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve replacement, aortic surgery, minimally invasive and robotic thoracic surgery, and other complex cardiothoracic interventions.

Perform perioperative patient evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.

Utilize advanced monitoring techniques, including transesophageal echocardiography and hemodynamic monitoring, as appropriate.

Collaborate with surgeons, intensivists, perfusionists...
