Cardiothoracic Surgeon Opportunity | Central Florida

We’re actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiothoracic or Cardiovascular Surgeon to join a high-performing, collaborative surgical team at a respected community-based hospital in Central Florida. This is a full-time, employed position offering excellent support, competitive compensation, and a quality-of-life-oriented schedule in a growing, vibrant region.

🔍 Position Overview

  • Setting: Non-academic, community hospital environment

  • Schedule: Full-time with shared call and robust APP support

  • Clinic Duties: ~1 day per week for post-op and new patient visits

  • Inpatient Support: Provided by experienced APPs, critical care, and anesthesia teams
