About the role
As a Care Co-ordinator you will be required to schedule and allocate work to a team of Care Workers on a daily/weekly basis. You will be providing supervision and support to Care Workers and Field Supervisors. The role will involve liaising with Social Services and all other social and health care professionals involved in the care of service users. There will be also an opportunity to take part in the recruitment and selection of potential employees.
