Job Overview

The Care Manager, referred to as “Designated Care Manager,” is responsible for delivering the highest degree of quality care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in assisted living, long‑term care, and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Responsibilities include hands‑on care and physical and emotional support as specified in each resident’s Individualized Service Plan (ISP), maintaining a safe and comfortable home‑like environment, and championing quality of life for seniors in compliance with legal mandates and Sunrise Senior Living standards, policies, and procedures.
