Care Plan Caseworker — Social Services

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is looking for a Social Worker in Singapore. The role requires a Degree in Social Work and preferably experience in the Social Service Sector.

The candidate will develop individualized care plans for residents, execute these plans, and coordinate care with relevant stakeholders. Working hours are Mon to Thurs from 8am to 6pm and Friday until 5pm, with a salary range of $3,500 - $4,500.
