I. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational
Maintain and manage 24-hour Staff Scheduling for the Unit/Cottage. Ensuring all shifts have the required number of staff per shift. 24 hours, 365 days. Including weekends and holidays based on Full Time Employee budget per Unit/Cottage.Adjusting the schedule to provide coverage as needed.Maintain and update Shift Assignments: Groups and Chores assignments.Daily oversight and monitoring of Unit communication logbook; Daily Logs and Data collection.Plans and ensure Daily Routine and Accountability are adhered to including structured time on youth goals/objectives, including recreation, socialization, communication, and activities of daily living.Maintains and inspects unit equipment and youth property with accurate property log / inventory.Oversight and management of seas...
