Overview:
Career+ Pathways is seeking passionate, student-centered Career Coaches to help young people explore their futures and achieve their goals. Career Coaches meet regularly with students for individualized career advising, guide them through career exploration activities and work-based learning experiences, and collaborate closely with school staff to support the implementation and success of Career+ programs.
This is a part-time position for the school year. The Coach’s primary work location will be based on their assigned region, and schools will be assigned within that region based on program needs. Working hours will be determined upon Coach’s availability and school schedules.
Key Responsibilities Include:
1: Individual & Small Group Student Meetings
- Meet with students regularly to provide Career Coaching and postsecondary planning support following the Career+ Career Coaching process.
