Micron Malaysia’s Career Returnee Program is designed to support talented individuals to return to the workforce after a career break. This initiative is part of our efforts to foster inclusive hiring and empower career returnees to reignite their careers with confidence.

Who can apply?

Career returnees who are on career break due to child care, primary caregiver, mental health reasons, retrenchment.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum of 2 years of prior professional working experience
• Taken a 12 months or more career break
