Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review candidate profiles and resumes, match them with suitable openings, and recommend improvements to strengthen fit.
• Explain employer requirements clearly to job seekers and guide them through the application process.
• Coordinate interview schedules between employers and job seekers, assisting employers when needed.
• Ensure qualified candidates are regularly sent to employers to maximize placements.
QUALIFICATIONS
• High School graduate.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of contact center experience/customer care operations (voice or voice + non‑voice).
• Minimum 1 year tenure with each employer in the past 2 years.
• Comfortable with multiple outbound calls
• Ability to multitask across various tools and systems.
