Located just 30 minutes from EauClaire, WI we are honored to care for our elders and enhance the quality of their life.While Rolling Meadows is not a nursing home, we offer enhanced care in a personalized setting to those without cognitive decline and those living with memory loss, Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia. In addition, our on-site Registered Nurse is available to oversee the medical and pharmacological needs of our residents and will work with their providers to ensure all skilled medical needs are met.
