Job Description
Job Title: Caretaker
Contract Type: Permanent, Full time, 35 hours per week
Location: Site Based Old Kent Road, South East London (Reporting Office: West Ham Lane, Stratford, London, E15 4PH)
Salary: £28,280 per annum
Hours: 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday
Qualifications: Must hold or be able to obtain a Basic Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) certificate.
LQ is looking for an experienced Caretaker to join our Estate Services team at Old Kent Road, South East London. The role involves maintaining communal areas, carrying out small repairs, and liaising with residents and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Maintain communal areas within our blocks and on our estates, carrying out communal cleaning and grounds maintenance work.
- Carry out small maintenance repairs as required.
