Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse/site
- Perform basic maintenance and simple repair tasks (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, etc.)
- Monitor the security of the property, especially during off-hours
- Conduct regular inspections of the site to identify potential safety hazards
- Coordinate with management for repairs or maintenance needs
- Assist in site-related tasks as needed
