School Caretaker (Full-Time) – Burgess Hill
Engage Education is working with a supportive and well-established school in Burgess Hill to recruit a full-time School Caretaker. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and proactive individual to join a busy site team and help maintain a safe, secure, and well-presented learning environment across multiple school sites.
The successful candidate will primarily be based in Burgess Hill, with occasional travel required to other local school sites.
About the role
- Opening and closing the school site daily
- Carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and site checks
- Ensuring the school premises remain safe, clean, and secure
- Supporting health & safety procedures across the school
