About the Role

The Cargo Operations Officer is responsible for coordinating and monitoring cargo operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant movement of cargo across the shipping network. The role works closely with internal teams, terminals, vessel operators, and customers to support cargo movements, resolve operational issues, and deliver a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cargo loading, discharge, transhipment, and movement activities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor and manage special cargo shipments, including reefer and other specialised cargo.
• Liaise with terminals, depots, vessel operators, overseas offices, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
