Carousell Future Business Leader Programme (Graduate Track)

This is not a typical corporate management trainee program. It is a highly selective program designed to maximize the potential of high potential individuals and develop autonomous, relentless operators – individuals we call Barrels. A Barrel is an exceptional talent who is relentlessly resourceful in working backwards from desired outcomes, and making impact by solving problems and executing with high velocity.

This upcoming cohort will commence by July 2026. You will first go through a 3-month intensive immersion journey in the Founders Office, gaining fluency in data, finance and marketplace fundamentals. You will then go through three structured rotations spanning over the next 21 months in our core business engines – product, growth and commercialization.
