**Job Title: Lead Carpenter / Mechanic – Commercial Interiors**
**Job Description**
This role oversees and performs commercial interior construction work, focusing on cold-formed metal framing, drywall installation and finishing, RF foil installation, and acoustical ceiling systems. You will lead field activities, ensure high-quality craftsmanship, and coordinate closely with project stakeholders to deliver interior buildouts on schedule and to specification.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform accurate layout and installation of 16-gauge cold-formed metal framing systems for commercial interior projects.
+ Oversee and perform drywall hanging, taping, finishing, and punch-list completion to meet project quality standards.
