+ Perform stair and rafter cutting with precision.
+ Install pre-fabricated wall panels and trusses efficiently.
+ Engage in multi-family and commercial wood framing projects.
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong work ethic and reliability.
+ General construction knowledge.
+ Experience in commercial construction.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in bilingual teams.
