Carrier Relations Manager (Ciudad Juárez)

Flō Networks is a leading provider of telecommunications services between the US and Mexico. We provide connectivity and managed services to Fortune 1000 companies, telecommunications, and cable companies over a fiber optic network that spans over 35,000 miles between both countries.

We have an immediate need for an experienced Carrier Relations Manager. This position will be based in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico.

• Source connectivity services for our customers in the region.
• Accurately quote pricing and serviceability options to sales executives, pre‑sales engineers and project managers.
• Accurately maintain records of circuits ordered and status of ongoing projects.
• Provide information to internal departments regarding circuits (i.e., circuit IDs, account numbers, etc.).
• Maintain an outstanding working relationship with telecom vendors and carriers.
