Job Description:

Case Management and Counselling

1. Conduct intake interview and assessment to determine client eligibility for services and programmes.
2. Develop and implement debt resolution plans tailored to clients' financial situations including providing financial literacy education, budgeting and debt management strategies.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client case records, intervention plans and progress reports. Ensure that correspondences are documented promptly.
