Case Officer (Debt Advisory), Family Services - 1 Year Contract

The case officer will provide case management, financial counselling and support to clients who are facing with debt-related issues. The role involves assessing client needs, developing debt resolution plans, and connecting them to relevant financial and social assistance schemes. The officer ensures a client-centered approach while maintaining professional and ethical social service standards.

• Conduct intake interview and assessment to determine client eligibility for services and programmes.
• Develop and implement debt resolution plans tailored to clients’ financial situations including providing financial literacy education, budgeting and debt management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client case records, intervention plans and progress reports. Ensure that correspondences are documented promptly.
