Cash Application Specialist

The Team

Mobility Global is seeking a detail‑oriented Cash Application Specialist to support accurate and timely application of customer payments, resolve payment discrepancies, and maintain clean accounts receivable records. This role partners closely with Commercial, Order‑to‑Cash (Order Management, Collections), and Treasury teams to ensure cash is applied correctly, unapplied cash is minimized, and remittance and deduction issues are investigated and resolved efficiently. The position is based in Penang, Malaysia with a hybrid work model requiring 2 days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Apply customer payments accurately and timely across systems, including lockbox, bank transfers, and other receipt methods.
• Post and reconcile cash receipts in SAP, HighRadius, and QuickBooks, ensuring alignment with bank activity and customer remittance details.
