Responsiblities
Includes all tasks under “Host”.
2. Manage all cash and credit transactions.
3. Manage POS and card machine (i.e. input orders, print checks, settle
charges, troubleshoot).
4. Manage and record all credit card receipts, cash in register, special
discounts, void checks, missing checks, missing cash etc.
5. Assist guests and FOH staff with monetary transaction.
6. (If applicable) Manage inventory of alcoholic drinks, soft drinks office
supplies, snacks etc.
7. Assist all other FOH staff whenever possible (servers, food runner, bussers,
cashier).
8. Report all special circumstances and requests to shift leader or manager.
9. (If applicable) Prepare and make drinks for other FOH staff.
10. (If applicable) Count and record all drinks items.
