Casino Maintenance Physical Plant Operator

**Start Rate: $19.50/hour | Full-Time | 3rd shift Tu-Sa Su-M Off**
**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** The physical plant operator will monitor and operate heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment, perform preventative maintenance and non-scheduled maintenance, and maintain safety standards. You will report to the Physical Plant Manager.
**Primary Tasks:**

2. Inspect air conditioning and blower systems.
3. Maintain record of inspection, inventory and maintenance of equipment.
4. Monitor unscheduled maintenance of boilers, fan room equipment, cooling tower and other engine room equipment and systems.
5. You will make emergency repairs and adjustments to building system components.
6. Program and monitor equipment.
7. Monitor and troubleshoot all chillers, cooling towers, pressure vessels, boiler permits and boiler controls.
