Responsibilities:
Melting/pouring/molding/break and grinding/Heat treatment process technical document development and training.

In process monitoring and keep line running in good performance.

Non conforming process and product root cause analysis and lead problem solving and improving, must well problem solving tools like 8D, A3.

Support new product casting trail and prepare technical document.

Coordinate new materials and new technologies test

Process optimization such as efficiency,quality and cost optimization.
