Job Description
Support manufacturing line performance and quality improvement initiatives as a Casting Intern in a manufacturing environment.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist the team in supporting improvement initiatives related to product quality, cost efficiency, cycle time, and manufacturing line performance.
- Support engineers and supervisors in basic troubleshooting of routine issues on production lines.
- Assist in compiling and updating daily production reports and monitoring downline attendance records.
- Participate in training sessions and assist in preparing training materials for supervisors, assistant supervisors, leaders, and operators.
- Support the monitoring of Critical Control Points (CCP) within the department and help maintain related records in accordance with HACCP requirements under supervision.
