Applications are invited for the position of Casual Secondary Classroom Teacher in our Waymaker Program at our Carrum Downs campus. We are seeking caring and passionate educators with a strong understanding of, and commitment to, Christian education. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in working with disengaged youth, neurodivergent students, and those experiencing mental health challenges.

Key attributes and experience:

• Proven ability to engage and support students with complex needs
• Recent trauma-informed teaching experience with disengaged secondary students is highly regarded
• Experience in alternative education settings or specialist assistance settings
• A relevant post-graduate qualification in education, special education, or mental health would be considered favourably.
